6. Mobile information and SMS consent
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data
When you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from THG Services or any of our products (including LeadQuik), we collect your mobile phone number and consent record (date, time, IP address, and the form or method through which you provided consent).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we use your mobile information
We use your phone number and SMS opt-in data only to:

- Respond to opt-out requests and HELP messages
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Submitting your phone number on a THG Services or product website or application form that includes an SMS consent disclosure
- Texting a keyword to one of our published phone numbers
- Providing express written consent to a THG Services representative
Opt-in is never required as a condition of any purchase. The disclosure presented at the point of opt-in identifies the program, message frequency, applicable rates, the STOP and HELP keywords, and a link to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service.
Frequency, cost, and carriers
Message frequency varies by the program you opt in to. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at developer@leadquik.com.
Data retention
We retain SMS opt-in records, opt-out records, and message logs for as long as required to comply with carrier and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, and to defend against potential disputes. We delete or anonymize this information when no longer needed for those purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
