These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at thgservices.io and any products, services, software, and applications made available by THG Services LLC ("THG Services," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or content that violates anti-spam or telemarketing laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state and international equivalents)
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except as permitted by law
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, or harm another person
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent
4. User content
The Services may allow you to submit, store, or transmit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant THG Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
5. Fees and billing
Some Services are provided for a fee. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
We may change pricing at any time, with notice taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual property
The Services and all related content (excluding User Content) are owned by THG Services and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
"THG Services," "LeadQuik," "Atlas," "CashPulse," "Blaze," and our logos are trademarks of THG Services LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THG SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THG Services and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law).
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and THG Services regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15. SMS messaging program
This Section 15 governs the SMS and MMS messaging programs operated by THG Services and its products (including LeadQuik). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of these Terms.
15.1 Program description
The THG Services messaging program may send transactional and informational messages including, without limitation, lead notifications, appointment confirmations, account-related alerts, customer support communications, service updates, and other operational messages directly tied to the products and services you have engaged with us to receive.
15.2 Consent
You expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or have authority to opt in to receive messages on, the phone number you provided.
15.3 Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the program and your activity. Typical use ranges from a few messages per week to a few messages per day during active engagement with our Services.
15.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. THG Services does not charge a separate fee for SMS messaging. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
15.5 Carriers
Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
15.6 Opt-out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and you will not receive further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

15.8 Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to any THG Services SMS program.
15.9 Privacy
Your phone number, your SMS opt-in record, and the content of messages exchanged with us are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
15.10 Compliance
Our SMS programs are operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the requirements of participating wireless carriers, including A2P 10DLC registration where applicable.
15.11 Changes to this section
We may update this Section 15 from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by SMS where appropriate. Your continued participation in a messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
